• Act as the primary originator of loans from within our Branch.
• Track loans from origination to funding.
• Conduct direct sales with Branch-referral customers and self-generated leads.
• Participate in marketing activities to attract referral business from community members.
• Process and assemble Loan files in accordance with standard policies in preparation for Underwriting. 
• Coordinate closing of loans including appropriate follow-up.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma, or equivalent required. 
• 1 year of sales experience required.
• Mortgage/lending experience preferred. 
• Excellent customer service, presentation, and communication skills. 
• Ability to convey a sense of energy, enthusiasm, and friendliness. 
• Attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of production and accuracy. 
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while promoting the spirit of teamwork with all other Loan Officers and Branch personnel.   
• Analyze information and use logic to address work-related issues and problems.      
• Dependability and the highest ethical standards. 
• Ability to speak a second language preferred. 
• Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office® applications.
